Có tâm nguyện/ý chí thì sẽ tìm ra đường ( Where there is a Will, there is a Way). Sau bao năm dài bị kìm kẹp, đàn áp dưới ách độc tài, tàn bạo của csvn, có thể những ý chí phấn đấu, vươn lên đòi lại những gì căn bản nhất của con người, của quyền làm dân đã bị chìm lạc trong bạo lực, nhưng xin đừng bao giờ quên câu ngạn ngữ đó.
Đừng bao giờ quên tất cả sẽ khởi từ tim ta, khi nó ý thức được rằng nó đã bị đánh cắp, đánh cướp, trấn lột, trấn áp, đọa đày v.v. bấy lâu. Và TA CÓ QUYỀN ĐÒI LẠI TẤT CẢ, VÌ TA LÀ Con Người ( Nhân quyền) và có Quyền Công dân ( Dân quyền). Tuyên Ngôn QT Nhân Quyền, các Công Ước QT và trong mắt tất cả các quốc gia Dân chủ, Tự do trên thế giới, đó không những là những điều cần được người dân Việt đòi lại , mà họ còn sẵn sàng hỗ trợ người Việt trong nước, nếu người dân đứng lên. Dĩ nhiên, chưa kể tới tấm lòng còn rất thiết tha với tiền đồ tiền nhân, cha ông để lại của ba, bốn triệu người Việt hải ngoại trước hiểm họa phương Bắc.
Tâm một số Dân oan đã động, một số người đấu tranh cho Dân chủ, Nhân quyền, sinh viên, thanh niên, một số phẫn hận vì sự hèn đớn của bọn đầu sỏ hiện tại đ/v giặc phương Bắc đã động, một số muốn phản đối chế độ nhưng chưa ra mặt, ngay cả một ít tướng lãnh, cùng sĩ quan, binh sĩ còn chưa mất niềm tin vào Dân tộc cũng đã động. Vì thế, xin hãy khởi động, tiếp nối, nhân rộng ra, tập hợp lại, trước nanh vuốt và các kế tầm ăn dâu của giặc phương Bắc, nếu không đại hồng thủy sẽ dần tràn ngập cuốn trôi hết đời sống, văn hóa, tâm tình, ngay cả ngôn ngữ Đại Việt, trên chính quê hương.
Không gì bằng khi Tâm đã trổi dậy ý thức được các hiểm nguy, và khởi động.

After many long years under the oppressive control of the brutal, dictatorial regime, the people’s will to rise up, to demand the return of their basic human rights and civil rights has gone awry, or been submerged under the regime’s evil suppressing power. But please never forget that proverb. Please NEVER FORGET that you are entitled to these rights as a human being, and by the Constitution, even in the present Constitution of Vietnam and by laws.
Never forget : All will start from our hearts, when they understand that they have been stolen, robbed, oppressed, suppressed, tortured etc. for a long time. And WE HAVE THE RIGHTS TO TAKE ALL BACK, PLAINLY and SIMPLY BECAUSE WE ARE HUMANS. And so, we have human rights, and we have civil rights. The UN Declaration of Human Rights and other international conventions recognize this, and in the eyes and view of all people of democratic governments, these rights are what they think the people of Vietnam should have, deserve to have, and they will support us, if we stand up for these unalienable and entitled rights. Of course, that has not included the support of 3, 4 million Viets overseas, who are still very much attached to their old country and want to join the effort of the people inside to protect the territorial integrity and sovereignty of their Motherland from the dangers posed by the Chinese.
The hearts of the citizens whose lands were robbed have moved; the hearts of the Democracy/Freedom activists, the students, the ones who are in contempt for the coward attitude of the present regime versus the Northern adversary have moved to take action; those of the dissidents and protesters’ have moved, even those of some generals and officers, rank-and files’ have moved. Therefore, please join in to support, to give strength, to multiply and consolidate our power to face the dangers from the Chinese.
There is nothing as strong as a hardened, self-affirmed Will— after it has realized the dangers and moved to action.
